บทคัดย่อ



การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์เสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง 3) ศึกษาพัฒนาแนวทางเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยเก็บรวบรวม มี 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัยเป็นแบบประเมิน ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์เสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 330 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน ระยะที่ 3 ร่างแนวทางการพัฒนาเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) จำนวน 7 คน และประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. องค์ประกอบเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
เอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง มี 8 ด้าน พฤติกรรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผล 40 ข้อ คือ 1) มีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) กล้าตัดสินใจ 3) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 4) การติดต่อสื่อสาร 5) ความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน 6) ความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง 7) แรงจูงใจ 8) ความซื่อสัตย์และยุติธรรม
2. สภาพปัจจุบันเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความซื่อสัตย์และยุติธรรม เชื่อมั่นในตนเอง และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สภาพพึงประสงค์เสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งสู่ประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความซื่อสัตย์และยุติธรรม กล้าตัดสินใจ และเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง
3. การพัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำมุ่งประสิทธิผลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนสามัญเอกชนสามัญในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิให้ความเห็นว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด


ABSTRACT

This research were to : 1.The component and indicator of Leadership at enhancement 2) to study the current situation and need for developing of Leadership aimed to enhancement , administrator of the Private education lower northeastern region 3) to study Construction development of enhancement the administrator of Private schools lower northeastern region. The research were Research & Development into 3 phase: Phase 1 examine factor and indicator of administrator of Private schools. Phase 2 to study the current situation and need for developing of Leadership aimed at enhancement administrator of the Private education lower northeastern region administrators, Study population and samples consisted of
330 was used with school administrators and teachers Private schools lower northeastern region , selected by simple random sampling , The statistic using for data analysis included the percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research findings found that:
