ระบบจะเช็คจำนวนเงินที่ หน้าจำนวนเงินของ Net Total หากรวมแล้วมากกว่ายอดเงินของ cheque ระบบจะไม่ยอมให้ใส่ข้อมูลเข้าระบบ จะแจ้งเตือนให้แก้ไขยอดเงินให้เท่ากับหน้า cheque หรือน้อยกว่าหน้าเช็คก่อน แล้วระบบจะสามารถ ยอม add ข้อมูลได้
