การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพโดยการปฏิบัติตามหลัก โภชนบัญญัติ 9 ประการของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ในเดือนตุลาคม ถึงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2557 จํานวน 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชใน การเก็บรวบรวมขอมูลเปนแบบสอบถามประกอบดวยขอมูลทั่วไป ขอมูลดานการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพโดยการปฏิบัติตามหลักโภชนบัญญัติ 9 ประการ ทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค มีคาเทากับ 0.92 วิเคราะหขอมูลโดยใชสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบวา ประชากรมีการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพโดยการปฏิบัติตามหลักโภชนบัญญัติ 9 ประการโดยรวมอยูในระดับดี ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า ควรมีการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และโภชนบัญญัติแก่นักเรียนและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เด็กนักเรียนซึ่งเป็นกำลังในการพัฒนาประเทศชาติให้เจริญก้าวหน้าต่อไป
