วัตถุประสงค์ของกฎบัตรอาเซียน

วัตถุประสงค์อของกฎบัตรอาเซียน คือ ทำให้อาเซียนเป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิกาพ มีประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง และเคารพกฎกติกาในการทำงานมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ กฎบัตรอาเซียนจะให้สถานะนิติบุคคลแก่อาเซียนเป็นองค์กรระหว่างรัฐบาล (intergovernmental organization)
