ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ย้ายสถานประกอบกิจการไปตั้ง ณ สถานที่อื่นอันมีผลกระทบสำคัญต่อการดำรงชีวิตตามปกติของพนักงานหรือครอบครัว
บริษัทฯจะแจ้งให้พนักงานทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วันก่อนวันย้ายสถานประกอบกิจการ ถ้าพนักงานไม่ประสงค์จะไปทำงานด้วยพนักงานมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาจ้างได้
โดยบริษัทฯยินดีจ่ายค่าชดเชยพิเศษให้ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ50 ของอัตราค่าชดเชยที่พนักงานมีสิทธิได้รับตามข้อ 8.2.3
