- บันทึกรายการประจำวันในสรุปรายได้ของแต่ละวัน
- ตรวจสอบรายงานของพนักงานตรวจสอบภาคกลางคืน (Night Auditor) และแคชเชียร์ ประจำห้องอาหาร
- จัดทำรายงานการขายของห้องอาหารประจำวันเสนอฝ่ายบริหาร
- สรุป Daliy Reportประจำเดือน
- จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อออก Invoice เรียกเก็บเงิน Agent
- สรุปรายงานลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน และสรุปลูกหนี้คงค้างประจำเดือนให้กับฝ่ายบริหาร
- ทุกสิ้นเดือน Cost จะเข้าเช็คสินค้าคงเหลือ (MK/F&B/HK/STORT/EN)
- งาน Cost เช็คเอกสารทาง MK เกี่ยวกับอาหารเช้า ในแต่ละวันเพื่อจะทำ Cost
และตัดยอดการขายเครื่องดื่มของห้องอาหารในแต่ละวัน เพื่อลง Cost ใน Daily Food& Beverage Sales Cost Report เพื่อใช้ในการทำรายงาน Cost ประจำเดือน ทุกสิ้นเดือนจะเข้าเช็คสินค้าคงเหลือของแต่ละแผนก, Inventory
- ปิด Cost ประจำเดือนแต่ละเดือน
