As stock team have problem of stock

As stock team have problem of stock function . Please see below & attach file of problem .
Could you please help and advise us ?
1.Function: Export part report > Export to Excel ; in excel file, exported date column. Can’t easy filter , mount ,date .
2.Function: Export part report > Export to Excel ; in excel file, PartNo column . some code have space in the code .
3.Function: Import part ; can’t import Qty over 100 up .
