มติคณะรัฐมนตรีเมื่อวันที่ 4 กันยายน

มติคณะรัฐมนตรีเมื่อวันที่ 4 กันยายน 2555 มีมติเห็นชอบข้อตกลงร่วมว่าด้วยการยอมรับคุณสมบัติบุคลากรวิชาชีพด้านการท่องเที่ยวอาเซียน (Mutual Recognition Arrangement for ASEAN Tourism Professionals : MRA) และมอบหมายรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา เป็นผู้แทนประเทศไทยให้มีการลงนามในข้อตกลงดังกล่าว เมื่อวันที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน 2555 นอกจากนี้แล้วมติคณะรัฐมนตรีในวันดังกล่าวได้เห็นชอบให้กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาเป็นหน่วยงานหลักร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องพิจารณาโอกาสและผลกระทบอย่างถี่ถ้วนและดำเนินการเรื่องการเตรียมความพร้อมตลอดจนวางมาตรการที่จะรองรับการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนที่จะเข้ามาในไทย และเร่งรัดการเตรียมความพร้อมในการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบริบทของประชาคมอาเซียนทั้ง ๓ เสาหลักที่ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ การเมืองและความมั่นคง สังคมและวัฒนธรรม รวมทั้งมาตรการรองรับผลกระทบจากการเคลื่อนย้ายแรงงานระหว่างประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนในด้านการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ และให้กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาเตรียมความพร้อมในการออกกฎหมายภายในเพื่อกำหนดสิทธิของผู้ประกอบการจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนที่จะเข้ามาประกอบอาชีพด้านการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย ตามความเห็นของเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกา
