ธงชาติเวียดนาม ในปัจจุบันเป็นธงชาติของสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม มีชื่อที่เรียกโดยทั่วไปอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า "ธงแดงดาวเหลือง" เริ่มใช้ครั้งแรกเมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2498 ในฐานะธงชาติสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยเวียดนาม (ประเทศเวียดนามเหนือ) และได้กลายเป็นธงชาติสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนามเมื่อวันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2519 หลังสิ้นสุดสงครามเวียดนามและการรวมชาติระหว่างเวียดนามเหนือกับเวียดนามใต้
