Dear P’Nuch,
This is to share updated base plan for Cheese Laminate Cost Saving project to you.
Last time we put the work on hold given 2-layer was failed and the first sample of 3-layer optimized structure didn’t pass the weight loss test, until now.
We had completed all technical tests and are confident to convert all current SHM SKUs to be 3-layer optimized structure.
Please find the latest base plan attached and AD’s approval emails as an FCR GO. The SKUs might not be the most up-to-date for material PIPO, once IOL resource is assigned, we can later discuss the PIPO.
You can start requesting new IPMS# and we can later up-version IPS once correct FPC is confirmed.
Note that there will be more SKUs added in the next few weeks and it will be managed by CMF.
