การวิจัยเรื่อง แนวทางในการสร้างความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่ใช้บริการโรงแรมในอำเภอชะอำจังหวัดเพชรบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่ใช้บริการโรงแรมระดับ 4-5 ดาว 2) ศึกษาคุณภาพบริการที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อ ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่ใช้บริการโรงแรม 4-5 ดาว 3) ศึกษาแนวทางในการสร้าง ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่ใช้บริการโรงแรมระดับ 4-5 ดาว กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่ใช้บริการโรงแรมทั้ง 4 แห่งในอำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 384 คนและผู้วิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS คำนวณสถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และ ค่าความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร ใช้การประมวลผลข้อมูล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
