ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 พบว่าโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านอำนาจข้อมูลข่าวสาร รองลงมาคือ ด้านอำนาจการอ้างอิง และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านอำนาจการบังคับ การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจให้กับครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 พบว่าโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมตัดสินใจ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการได้รับความเคารพ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการได้รับการยกย่องชมเชยและการยอมรับ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหาร และการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจให้กับครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 พบว่าโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
