-งานวิจัยเรื่องการลดของเสียจากกระบวนการผลิตปริซึมในกล้อง DSLR ฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อลดการสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิตปริซึม ประเภทงานเสียอาการมุมสะท้อนไม่ได้ขนาดตามที่กำหนด (Defection angle NG) จำนวนเสียเฉลี่ยตั้งแต่เดือนกันยายน ถึง เดือนธันวาคม 2014 ทั้งหมด 182 ตัว ซึ่งคิดเป็นต้นทุนที่เพิ่มขึ้นเนื่องจากการผลิตงานเสียเท่ากับ 337,889.76 บาทต่อเดือน

จากเหตุผลดังกล่าวจึงได้มีความคิดการลดของเสียจากกระบวนการผลิตอาการมุมสะท้อนไม่ได้ตามขนาดที่กำหนด (Defection angle NG) ซึ่งปัญหาดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นที่กระบวนการคัดละเอียดขั้นตอนการติดชิ้นงานเข้ากับจิ๊ก และสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดงานเสียสรุปได้ทั้ง 3 ประเด็น คือตำแหน่งที่ใช้ในการกด นำ้หนักที่ใช้ในการกด และทิศทางที่ใช้ในการกด ซึ่งปัจจุบันขั้นตอนนี้ใช้คนในการกดชิ้นงานทำให้มีความยากในการควบคุม ดังนั้นจึงได้ออกแบบเครื่องและอุปกรณ์ช่วยในการกดชิ้นงาน เพื่อลดปัญหาดังกล่าว หลังจากการปรับปรุงสามารถลดงานเสียประเภทมุมสะท้อนไม่ได้ขนาดตามที่กำหนด เฉลี่ยตั้งแต่เดือนพฤษภาคม ถึง เดือนสิงหาคม 2015 ลดลงเท่ากับ 0.01 เปอร์เซ็นต์
ซึ่งก่อนการปรับปรุง เฉลี่ยตั้งแต่เดือนกันยายน ถึง เดือนธันวาคม 2014 เท่ากับ 4.40 เปอร์เซ็นต์ สามารถลดงานเสียจากอาการ (Defection angle NG) ได้ 99.77 เปอร์เซ็นต์ คิดเป็นต้นทุนในการผลิตที่สามารถลดได้เท่ากับ 884,221.200 บาทต่อปี และสามารถคืนทุนได้ในระยะเวลา 1.13 เดือน หรือ ภายใน 34 วัน
