การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) การทำผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปน้ำว่านหางจระเข้ เพื่อสุขภาพใน ครัวเรือนชุมชนบ้านโนนสวรรค์ ตำบลเกิ้ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัด มหาสารคาม 2) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้และทัศนคติการทำผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปน้ำว่านหางจระเข้ เพื่อสุขภาพในครัวเรือน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็น ชาวบ้านบ้านโนนสวรรค์ จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบความสะดวกเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ คู่มือการฝึกอบรม แผ่นผับความรู้การส่งเสริมการทำผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปน้ำว่านหางจระเข้ แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ จำนวน 20 ข้อ และแบบวัดทัศนคติ จำนวน 20 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ Paired t-test
