3. การฝึกอบรมด้านการจัดการ ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลจะดำเนินการหาความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรมเพื่อจัดให้มีการอบรมขึ้นในองค์กรดังนี้
