ข้อ 4. หากมีการเซ็นสัญญางานต่อเนื่องในงานลักษณะเดียวกัน ให้ถือว่าสัญญานี้มีผลต่อเนื่องและงานที่เซ็นสัญญาเพิ่มขึ้นหรือลดลงให้คิดคำนวณจ่ายค่าคู่ปรึกษาตามความเป็นจริงแก่ "ผู้รับสัญญา" ทุกครั้งตามอัตราส่วนเดิม ที่ระบุในข้อ 3.
ข้อ 5. ค่าภาษีอากร และค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมต่างๆ "ผู้รับสัญญา" เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเองทั้งสิ้น
ข้อ 6. หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้ มีผลบังคับใช้ก็ต่อเมื่อมีการทำสัญญา และมีการค้ำประกันสัญญาให้กับบริษัทฯ เรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น ถ้าหากไม่มีการเซ็นสัญญา และค้ำประกันให้ถือว่าหนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้เป็นโมฆะ โดยทันที
ข้อ 7. สัญญาว่าจ้างฉบับนี้มีกำหนดระยะเวลา ๑ ปี นับแต่วันที่ลงนามในสัญญา
ข้อ 8. สัญญาฉบับนี้ใช้สำหรับโครงการ SMILE SQUARE เท่านั้น
ข้อ 9. ทั้งสองฝ่ายจะต้องมีความผูกมัดตัวเองกับ ข้อสัญญาดังกล่าว เพื่อรักษาความลับของการดำเนินงาน เพื่อมิให้เกิดความยุ่งยาก หรือการได้รับข้อมูลที่ผิดจากภายนอก
ข้อ 10. หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเพื่อใช้ในราชอาณาจักรไทย หากฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดทำผิดสัญญา สามารถฟ้องร้องบังคับคดีได้ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยทุกประการ
