การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาด้านการเรียนรู้คำศัพท์โดยการใช้สื่อ โดมิโนคำศัพท์ ในวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านพระบาท ตำบลบ้านพระบาท อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายและเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจ ความรู้ความเข้าใจและประเมินการนำความรู้ไปใช้
กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านพระบาท ที่กำลังเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 11 คน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ สื่อโดมิโนคำศัพท์วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ แบบประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจ และแบบประเมินการนำไปใช้ เนื้อหาที่ใช้ในการทำสื่อได้แก่ คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ ในหมวดผลไม้และสัตว์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1.นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่ได้รับการสอนโดยการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สื่อชุด โดมิโน วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ มีความพึงพอใจมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.87
2.นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่ได้รับการสอนโดยการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สื่อชุดโดมิโน วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.54
3.นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่ได้รับการสอนโดยการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สื่อชุดโดมิโน วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ มีการนำความรู้ไปใช้พอใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.74

จากที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นจะเห็นว่าการใช้สื่อการสอนสร้างแรงจูงใจ และกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนสนใจในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเพิ่มขึ้น
