การวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวของโครงการได้ทำการประเมินจากผลการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ ที่มีต่อค่า NPV, EIRR และ B/C Ratio ซึ่งอาจจำแนกได้ดังนี้ ต้นทุนของการลงทุนโครงการเพิ่มขึ้น หรือลดลงร้อยละ 10 และ 20 หรือผลประโยชน์ของโครงการเพิ่มขึ้น หรือลดลงร้อยละ 10 และ 20 เป็นต้น แสดงรายละเอียดดังTable 6.5-1 ถึงTable 6.5-6
