4.2 หากเกินวันที่ 15 ของเดือน ผู้เช่ายอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าทำการปิดล็อคห้อง และใส่กุญแจล็อคห้องที่เช่าพักได้ ห้ามผู้เช่าและผู้ร่วมพักเข้าใช้ห้องพัก เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อน
4.3 หากเกินวันที่ 20 ของเดือน ผู้เช่ายอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าขนย้ายทรัพย์สินของผู้เช่าและผู้ร่วมพักไปไว้ ณ สถานที่ที่ผู้ให้เช่าจัดไว้ โดยผู้เช่าไม่มาชำระค่าเช่าพร้อมค่าปรับ ให้ถือว่าผู้เช่าตกลงยกทรัพย์สินให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าเป็นการชดใช้ค่าเช่า และค่าใช้จ่ายโดยไม่คำนึงถึงจำนวนและราคาทรัพย์สินนั้น โดยไม่เรียกร้อง หรือถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ 5 ผู้เช่าตกลงวางเงินประกันค่าเสียหายเป็นเงิน 3,000 บาท และเงินจำนวนนี้จะคืนให้ก็ต่อเมื่อผู้เช่าอยู่ครบ 6 เดือน และแจ้งย้ายออกล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน (ไม่เกินวันที่ 5 ของเดือนสุดท้ายที่จะเช่า) ทั้งนี้ต้องหักค่าเสียหายตามราคาที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาและค่าทำความสะอาดห้อง
ข้อ 6 ผู้เช่าจะต้องพักอาศัยห้องละไม่เกิน 3 คน และจะนำห้องพักไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าอีกทอดหนึ่งไม่ได้
6.1 การย้ายออก ผู้เช่าจะต้องขนย้ายของออกภายในเวลา 08.00 - 18.00 น. เท่านั้น
6.2 ในการย้ายออกต้องภายในสิ้นเดือน หรือก่อนวันสิ้นเดือน
6.3 หากไม่ย้ายภายในสิ้นเดือน จะคิดค่าเช่าเป็น 1 เดือน โดยไม่มีข้อแม้



ข้อ 7 ผู้เช่าต้องรักษาสีที่ทาไว้ภายในห้อง, พื้น, ฝาห้อง, ระเบียง และอุปกรณ์ในห้องพักให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยไม่ชำรุดทรุดโทรมไปจากเดิม และจะไม่ตอกตะปู, ติดกระดาษกาว, สติกเกอร์ หรือวัสดุอื่น ๆ รวมทั้งห้ามเปลี่ยนแปลงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า เคลื่อนย้ายอุปกรณ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ หากผู้เช่าฝ่าฝืน ยินดีให้ผู้ให้เช่าปรับต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงหนึ่งจุด หรือหนึ่งรายการที่เสียหายตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา
ข้อ 8 ผู้เช่าจะต้องทิ้งขยะหรือสิ่งปฏิกูลลงในที่ทิ้งขยะที่จัดให้เท่านั้น ห้ามทิ้งขยะหรือสิ่งปฏิกูลลงบนทางเดิน หน้าห้องพัก ระเบียงหลัง รวมทั้งไม่ทิ้งจากระเบียงลงสู่พื้นโดยเด็ดขาด และห้ามทำการแกะตะแกรงรองผงบริเวณห้องน้ำ อ่างล้างหน
