เนื่องจาก Root cause กับ Action ที่ส่งมาก่อนหน้านี้ยังไม่สมเหตุสมผลกับปัญหาที่เกิด รบกวนนำกลับไปทบทวน วิเคราะห์แล้วส่งกลับมาให้ทางเรา Review ก่อนภายในวันศุกร์ ที่ 20/11/15 ค่ะ
