พิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นสถานแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ ที่จัดแสดงพันธุ์ปลาต่างๆ ทั้งปลาน้ำจืดและปลาน้ำเค็ม เป็นศูนย์กลางการศึกษา การวิจัยการรวบรวมพันธุ์ปลาในลุ่มน้ำโขงและตอบสนองในการเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยว
ตั้งอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (วิทยาเขตหนองคาย) ภายในพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้ มีอุโมงปลายาวถึง 34 เมตร เป็นทางเดินลาดจากชั้น 2 ซึ่งแสดงปลาน้ำเค็ม ลงไปสู่ชั้นล่างซึ่งเป็นโซนแสดงปลาน้ำจืด
พิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้เปิดให้เข้าชมระหว่างเวลา 9.00-17.00 น.วันอังคาร- วันอาทิตย์ ยกเว้นวันนักขัตฤกษ์ ค่าเข้าชม ผู้ใหญ่คนละ 50 บาท เด็ก 30 บาท
