ตั้งอยู่บนเนินดินด้านทิศตะวันตกของทางรถไฟใกล้กับศาลพระกาฬ ตำบล ท่าหิน อำเภอเมืองลพบุรี มีลักษณะเป็นปรางค์เรียงต่อกัน 3 องค์ มีฉนวนทางเดินเชื่อมติดต่อกัน พระปรางค์สามยอดเป็นศิลปะเขมรแบบบายน ซึ่งมีอายุราวพุทธศตวรรษที่ 18 สร้างด้วยศิลาแลง หินทรายและตกแต่งลวดลายปูนปั้นที่สวยงาม ตรงซุ้มประตูเดิมคงมีทับหลัง แต่ที่เหลืออยู่ในปัจจุบัน คือ เสาประดับกรอบประตูแกะสลักเป็นรูปฤาษีนั่งชันเข่าในซุ้มเรือนแก้ว เป็นแบบเฉพาะของเสาประดับกรอบประตูศิลปะเขมร แบบบายนปรางค์องค์กลางมีฐาน แต่เดิมเป็นที่ประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปและมีเพดานไม้เขียนลวดลายเป็นดอกจันทน์สีแดง
ด้านหน้าทางทิศตะวันออก มีวิหารสร้างขึ้นในรัชสมัยสมเด็จพระนารายณ์มหาราช ประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปศิลาขนาดใหญ่ปางสมาธิที่สมบูรณ์ดี เป็นศิลปะแบบสมัยอยุธยาตอนต้น อายุราวพุทธศตวรรษที่ 20
