ฝ่ายครัวการบิน
มีอำนาจหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ ดังนี้
1. ให้บริการด้านการผลิตอาหาร, เครื่องดื่ม และการบริการ สำหรับเที่ยวบินของการบินไทย และ สายการบินลูกค้า ทั้งเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
2. ดำเนินการผลิตอาหารและให้บริการ การจัดบรรจุ การจัดส่งแก่สายการบินไทยและสายการบินลูกค้า ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงการลำเลียงภาชนะ อุปกรณ์ ที่ใช้แล้วนำกลับมาทำความสะอาด
3. ให้บริการด้านการล้างภาชนะ อุปกรณ์, การซักรีดผ้า ที่ใช้บริการบนเครื่องบิน
4. ให้บริการด้านการจัดเก็บพัสดุ ภาชนะอุปกรณ์ของสายการบินลูกค้า
5. ให้บริการด้านการจัดบรรจุเครื่องดื่ม สำหรับใช้บริการบนเที่ยวบินของสายการบินไทยและสายการบินลูกค้า
6. คัดเลือกวัตถุดิบที่มีคุณภาพมาประกอบอาหาร อีกทั้งส่งเสริมการใช้วัตถุดิบภายในประเทศ
7. ให้การสนับสนุนโครงการเกษตรกรรมโครงการหลวงและโครงการของรัฐบาล
8. ดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้ระเบียบพิธีการทางด้านศุลกากร (Customs Free Zone)
9. เน้นเรื่องคุณภาพ สุขลักษณะ ความปลอดภัยและชีวอนามัย สิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการดำเนินธุรกิจ
10. ดำเนินธุรกิจภัตตาคาร ณ สนามบินเชียงใหม่, เชียงราย, ภูเก็ตและกระบี่ และการให้บริการห้องอาหารพนักงาน
11. กิจการร้าน Puff & Pie, กิจการ Puff & Pie Supreme Bakery Delight และงานจัดเลี้ยงต่างๆ ทั้งในและนอกสถานที่
12. การปรุงประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่เป็นรายการ Take Home เช่น อาหาร, น้ำดื่มเอื้องหลวง น้ำส้ม น้ำผลไม้รวม และชามะขาม
