การวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและหลักพุทธธรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการทุนมนุษย์ ๒) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการทุนมนุษย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ในปัจจุบัน ๓) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการทุนมนุษย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยสงฆ์เพื่อการเสริมสร้างคนเก่งในยุคโลกาภิวัตน์
เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก (Key Informants) โดยใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จำนวน ๒๕ รูป/คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทีได้จากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) นำเสนอข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการพรรณนา เพื่อจัดหมวดหมู่ของเนื้อหา (Category) แล้วนำมาสังเคราะห์เชิงระบบ (Systematic synthesis) เพื่อหาประเด็นร่วมหรือประเด็นหลักและอธิบายเนื้อหา

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:
