ข้อ 5. การโอนสิทธิการเช่า

ข้อ 6. คำรับรองและสัญญาของผู้ให้เช่า
หากผู้ให้เช่าตกลงจะขายที่ดินที่ให้เช่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ผู้ให้เช่าให้สิทธิแก่ผู้เช่าเลือกซื้อได้ก่อนผู้ซื้อรายอื่น ๆ โดยผู้ให้เช่าจะแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้ผู้เช่าได้ทราบล่วงหน้าภายในกำหนด 45 วัน หากพ้นกำหนดแล้ว ผู้เช่าไม่ตกลงซื้อ ผู้ให้เช่าจะขายให้กับบุคคลภายนอกในราคาและเงื่อนไขเดียวกับที่เสนอแก่ผู้เช่าทันที
