บทคัดย่อ
ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยสนใจที่จะศึกษาการปรับตัวของนักศึกษา 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การปรับตัวด้านการเรียนการปรับตัวด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน การปรับตัวด้านกลุ่มเพื่อน การปรับตัวด้านสภาพแวดล้อม การปรับตัวด้านกิจกรรม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษาเพื่อศึกษา ระดับการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขา การท่องเที่ยวการโรงแรมมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา และศึกษาปัจจัยการปรับตัวที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา โดยทำการศึกษากับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1สาขา การท่องเที่ยวการโรงแรมมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558จำนวน 61 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1สาขา การท่องเที่ยวการโรงแรมมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา มีระดับการปรับตัวในแต่ละด้านและการปรับตัวทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สำหรับปัจจัยการปรับตัวที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา พบว่าการปรับตัวด้านการเรียน การปรับตัวด้านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การปรับตัวด้านกลุ่มเพื่อนและการปรับตัวด้านอาจารย์ เป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา
