การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเรื่อง การเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่วัยรุ่น ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่1 ห้อง 5 , ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ห้อง 6 ,ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่2 ห้อง 3 และ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่2 ห้อง 6 โรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ บดินทรเดชา จำนวน 40 คน นักเรียนหญิง 20 คน นักเรียนชาย 20 คน โดยใช้ทฤษฎีต่างๆเป็นตัวสนับสนุนในการทำรายงาน ข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้จากการทำแบบสอบถาม โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างของแต่ละห้องห้องละ 10 คน จำนวน 40 ตัวอย่าง และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยสถิติเชิงอนุมาน เกณฑ์ที่ใช้ประมวลผล และ นำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย
