การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาในเขตภาคตะวันออก 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาที่นำมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 8 แห่ง ประกอบด้วยนักวิชาการศาสนา เจ้าพนักงานการเงินและบัญชี และเจ้าพนักงานธุรการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 125 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน(Peason’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) และ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis)

This research aims to study the level 1) success factors of good governance in the management of the Office of the Buddhism in the East 2) to study the level of bringing good governance in the management of the provincial Buddhism offices in Hokkaidō.3-oxide) to study the factors that affect the corporate governance principles adopted in the management of the Office of Buddhism in Eastern province.
