สัญญาฉบับนี้ให้มีผลบังคับใช้เป็นเวล

สัญญาฉบับนี้ให้มีผลบังคับใช้เป็นเวลา 3 ปี หากก่อนครบกำหนดระยะเวลาของสัญญาไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือนไม่มีคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งบอกเลิกสัญญา คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงสัญญานี้ให้มีผลบังคับต่อไปอีกคราวละ 1 ปี โดยอัตโนมัติ
