ท่านนิ่งฟูขุยได้กล่าวปาฐกถาในงานฉลองวันชาติว่า ตลอด 65 ปีในการสถาปนาประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน พรรครัฐบาลหรือพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์แห่งประเทศจีนได้นำพาประชาชนจีนต่อสู้กับความยากลำบากและอุปสรรคต่างๆ จากเดิมที่ชาวจีนยากจนแล้งแค้น จนในที่สุด ปัจจุบันเราได้พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นประเทศที่มีความเจริญมั่นคง มีเสถียรภาพทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเมือง รวมถึงสภาพสังคมและวัฒนาธรรมที่ได้รับการทนุบำรุงเป็นอย่างดี การพัฒนาสู่ยุคแห่งความทันสมัย ถือเป็นผลงานอันโดดเด่นที่ประเทศต่างๆ ทั่วโลกเฝ้าจับตา ย้อนกับไปเมื่อ 30 ปีก่อน ประเทศจีนได้พึ่งเริ่มดำเนินนโยบายปฏิรูปเศรษฐกิจและเปิดเสรีด้านการค้า การขยายตัวของเศรษฐกิจสูงถึง 8% อย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลาหลายปี ทำให้ประเทศจีนมีขนาดเศรษฐกิจเติบโตใหญ่เป็นอันดับที่สองของโลก มูลค่าการค้าระหว่างประเทศเพิ่มขึ้นสองเท่าตัวในทุกๆ 4 ปี ประเทศจีนประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูงในภาคอุตสาหกรรม การเกษตร วิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยี การศึกษา วัฒนธรรม การทหารและการเมือง ประเทศจีนกำลังเข้าใกล้เป้าหมายฟื้นฟูพัฒนาประเทศชาติสู่ความเฟื่องฟูสูงสุดอย่างไม่เคยมีมาก่อนในอดีต

ฯพณฯ นิ่งฟู่ขุยกล่าวว่า ในช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2557 นี้ ประเทศจีนมีการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจอย่างมีเสถียรภาพ การปรับโครงสร้างภาคเศรฐษกิจเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมั่นคง และเป็นไปตามแนวโน้มที่น่าพอใจ ถึงแม้สถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจโลกจะฟื้นตัวได้ค่อนข้างช้าและขาดแรงกระตุ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่การขยายตัวของระบบเศรษฐกิจจีนได้กลายเป็นแรงหนุนสำคัญที่ช่วยขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจโลก ทำให้ทุกฝ่ายเกิดความเชื่อมั่น แต่เรายังคงตระหนักว่า ประเทศจีนยังมีฐานะเป็นประเทศที่กำลังพัฒนา ยังคงเห็นความเหลื่อมล้ำไม่สมดุล ขาดเสถียรภาพและขาดความต่อเนื่องในการพัฒนาภาคเศรษฐกิจ ส่วนการปรับตัวของภาคอุตสาหกรรมที่ได้ดำเนินการมาในระยะยาว ก็ยังต้องปรับตัวอีกมาก ซึ่งต้องผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบาก เศรษฐจีนยังคงมีแรงกดดันที่อาจทำให้การพัฒนาอ่อนตัวลงได้ ดังนั้น ภาครัฐยังคงต้องทุ่มเทแรงกายแรงใจในระยะยาว เพื่อให้ภารกิจต่างๆ เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
