ข้อ 3. ผู้กู้ตกลงจะชำระหนี้ตามสัญญานี้ภายในวันที่…………………..เดือน..……………………...
พ.ศ.………….. แต่ทั้งนี้ไม่เป็นการตัดสิทธิของผู้ให้กู้ที่จะเรียกร้องให้ผู้กู้ชำระหนี้ตามสัญญานี้ทั้งหมด หรือแต่บางส่วนก่อนกำหนดที่กล่าวมาก็ได้ ตามแต่ผู้ให้กู้จะเห็นสมควร และโดยมิพักต้องชี้แจงแสดงเหตุ ผู้กู้สัญญาว่าในกรณีที่ผู้ให้กู้เรียกร้องดังกล่าวมานี้ผู้กู้จะชำระหนี้ตามที่เรียกร้องทันที



ข้อ 4. ผู้กู้สัญญาว่าถ้าผู้กู้ย้ายตำบลที่อยู่จากภูมิลำเนาดังกล่าวข้างต้นตามสัญญานี้ผู้กู้มีหน้าที่แจ้งให้ผู้ให้กู้ทราบภายใน 7 วัน มิฉะนั้นถือว่าผู้กู้ผิดสัญญาในข้อสาระสำคัญ ผู้ให้กู้มีสิทธิเรียกเงินกู้ทั้งหมดคืนโดยทันที
ข้อ 5. ถ้าผู้กู้ผิดข้อตกลงในข้อหนึ่งข้อใดแห่งสัญญานี้ ผู้กู้ยอมรับผิดใช้ค่าเสียหายทั้งสิ้น บรรดาที่ผู้ให้กู้พึงได้รับอันเนื่องมาจากความผิดข้อตกลงของผู้กู้ รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายในการเตือนเรียกร้องทวงถาม ดำเนินคดีและบังคับการชำระหนี้จนเต็มจำนวนทุกอย่างทุกประการ
