Ayutthaya is affected by three seasons in clued hot season (March – May), rainy season (June – October) and cool season (November – February).
Ayutthaya has a long history. In 1350 Ayutthaya was founden by King U – Thong. It was the capital of Thailand. Ayutthaya were many beautiful temples sush as Wat Chaiwatthanaram, Wat Yai Chaimongkhon. In Addition there were three palaces in clued Chantharakasem Palace, Grand Palace and Wang Lang or the Rear Palace.
In Buddhist Lent, Ayutthaya has Maha Mongkhon programme for participants to visit 9 temples in the province. And celebration is held annually for one week in one year. For occasion Ayutthaya being declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO on 13 December 1991. The Fair features local ways of life, handicrafts, Light and sound presentation on the history of Ayutthaya.
