บริษัทตรวจสอบการซึ่งคู่กรณีทั้งสองได้มาตกลงกันว่าให้ นางสาวนฤเนตร ต้องชำระเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวข้างต้นพร้อมเบี้ยปรับสรรพากร โดยกำหนดชำระภายใน 3 เดือน หากนางสาวนฤเนตร ไม่ชำระเงินตามกำหนด ทางบริษัทจะดำเนินคดีตามกฤหมายต่อไป
