บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดอาการผิดปกติของระบบทางเดินหายใจของแรงงานทำไม้กวาดดอกหญ้า ตำบลโคกกรวด อำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก โดยศึกษาในประชากร จำนวน 98 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Chi square
จากการศึกษาพบว่า แรงงานทำไม้กวาดดอกหญ้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 80 คน ร้อยละ 81.63 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 58.18 (S.D.10.99) ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวน 73 คน ร้อยละ 74.49 โดยแรงงานมีการทำไม้กวาดมาแล้ว 21-30 ปี จำนวน 37 คน ร้อยละ 37.75 แรงงานมีพฤติกรรมป้องกันอันตรายอยู่ในระดับต่ำ จำนวน 46 คน ร้อยละ 49.94 สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับต่ำ จำนวน 48 คน ร้อยละ 48.98 แรงงานมีการรับรู้อันตรายจากการสัมผัสฝุ่นดอกหญ้าในระดับต่ำ จำนวน 52 คน ร้อยละ 53.06 และจากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ (X2=7.876, p-value=0.049 ) ปัจจัยการทำงาน ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาในการทำงานในหนึ่งสัปดาห์ (X2=6.970, p-value=0.031) ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอันตราย ( X2 =7.117, p -value = 0.029 ) มีความสัมพันธ์กับอาการผิดปกติของระบบทางเดินหายใจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ดังนั้น ควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์เสียงตามสายและอบรมให้ความรู้ เรื่องอันตรายจากการรับสัมผัสฝุ่นดอกหญ้าและควรจัดหาหน้ากากป้องกันฝุ่นที่มี Activate carbon เป็นตัวกรองกรองเพื่อลดการสัมผัสฝุ่นโดยตรง
