หรือเจดีย์เฉลิมพระเกียรติพระเจ้ารามคำแหงมหาราช หรือ ชาวบ้านเรียกอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า เจดีย์ชนช้าง ตั้งอยู่บนดอยช้าง ตำบลเกาะตะเภา ดอยช้างเป็นเนินดินเล็ก ๆ อยู่ทางเหนือของดอยพระธาตุไปเล็กน้อย เจดีย์นี้เป็นโบราณสถาน สร้างในสมัยสุโขทัยมีอายุราว 700 ปีเศษ องค์เจดีย์ยุทธหัตถีอยู่เยื้องกับวัดพระบรมธาตุประมาณ 200 เมตร ลักษณะของเจดีย์ยุทธหัตถีเป็นศิลปะแบบสุโขทัยคล้ายกับองค์อื่นๆ ทั่วไปในเมืองสุโขทัย ก่ออิฐถือปูนฐานกว้าง 12 เมตร เป็นเรือนธาตุรูปสี่เหลี่ยมย่อมุมขึ้นไป สูง 16 เมตร เหนือเรือนธาตุทำเป็นลำสี่เหลี่ยมย่อมุมตลอดถึงยอดที่เป็นทรงพุ่มข้าวบิณฑ์ ยอดสุดมีฉัตร มีร่องรอยการซ่อมแซมตลอดมา แต่ไม่เสียรูปทรงเดิม ฐานพุ่มมีลายปั้นเป็นรูปหน้าสิงห์สวยงาม หน้าสิงห์ด้านทิศเหนือยังสมบูรณ์ ด้านอื่นๆ ชำรุด องค์เจดีย์ส่วนใหญ่มีคราบตะไคร่น้ำจับอยู่ทั่วไป จะมีการขุดแต่ง และทำความสะอาดรอบบริเวณเจดีย์ในช่วงใกล้วันเทศกาล เป็นงานเดียวกับงานไหว้พระธาตุบ้านตาก
