6. ดำเนินการขออนุมัติในการจัดทำ ติดตั้งอินเตอร์เน็ตชุมชน (ระบบ Wifiชุมชน)
7. ดำเนินการให้บริการประชาชนพร้อมจัดทำแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจให้กับประชาชนที่ขอรับบริการอินเตอร์เน็ตตำบล (ระบบ Wifi ชุมชน) ของเทศบาลเมืองลำพูน ภายหลังการรับบริการ
8. รายงานผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของประชาชนให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ พร้อมทั้งทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไขระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตให้มีความพร้อมต่อการใช้อยู่ตลอดเวลา
