ระยะเวลาการจัดทำโครงงานเริ่มศึกษาตั้งแต่ช่วงต้นเดือนมิถุนายน ถึง สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2558 โดยเก็บรวบรวมจากการลงพื้นที่จริงโดยสอบถามบุคลกรภายในวัดและเก็บข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากอินเตอร์เน็ตดังนี้

วันที่10 – 15 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2558 สมาชิกในกลุ่มช่วยกันตัดต่อวีดีทัศน์ที่ได้ทำการบันทึกในขณะลงพื้นที่จริงและเพิ่มเติมข้อมูลที่ได้ช่วยกันค้นคว้าจากอินเตอร์เน็ตให้วีดีทัศน์มีเนื้อหาครบถ้วน
วันที่ 16-19 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2558 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการรวบรวมขณะลงพื้นที่จริงและข้อมูลที่ได้ทำการค้นคว้าเพิ่มเติมมาจัดทำเป็นรูปเล่มรายงาน
วันที่ 31 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2558 นำรายงานรูปเล่มที่จัดทำขึ้นตรวจสอบให้ตรงตามแบบที่ครู กำหนด
