โดยการทำสัญญาในครั้งนี้จะต้องจ่ายเงินมัดจำล่วงหน้า 100,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนบาทถ้วน) โดยการโอนเข้าบัญชี ใใใใใใใใใใใใใใ ภายในววันที่ 23 มกราคม 2558 และตกลงจะทำสัญญาเช่าภายในระยะเวลา 1 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 มกราคม 2558 ถึง 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 ให้แก่ผู้จะเช่า และผู้จะเช่าต้องจ่ายเงินส่วนที่เหลือเป็นเงิน 930,000 บาท (เก้าแสนสามหมื่นบาทถ้วน) ให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่า โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ งวดแรก วันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 จะต้องจ่ายเงินจำนวน 580,000 บาท (ห้าแสนสามหมื่นบาทถ้วน) งวดที่สอง วันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2560 จะต้องจ่ายเงินจำนวน 350,000 บาท (สามแสนห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน)
2. ในการเช่านี้ ผู้จะเช่า ได้วางมัดจำให้ผู้จะขายไว้แล้วเป็นเงิน 100,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนบาทถ้วน) ผู้จะให้เช่าได้รับเงินมัดจำไว้ถูกต้องแล้ว
3. ถ้าผู้จะเช่าผิดสัญญาไม่ไปทำหนังสือสัญญาตามกำหนดในข้อหนึ่ง ผู้จะเช่ายอมให้ผู้จะให้เช่าริบเงินมัดจำ แต่ถ้าผู้จะให้เช่าผิดสัญญาไม่ไปทำหนังสือสัญญาเช่าตามกำหนด ในข้อหนึ่ง ผู้จะให้เช่ายอมให้ผู้จะซื้อฟ้องศาลบังคับให้เป็นไปตามสัญญานี้
