ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการสร้างทีมงานในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอท่าตะโก โดยภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อันดับสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านจัดประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และอันดับต่ำสุดได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตร แนวทางการสร้างทีมงานในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอท่าตะโก มี 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตร ควรมีทีมงานวิเคราะห์และร่วมกันวางแผนการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน 2) ด้านวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ควรมีทีมงานจัดประชุมเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัย 3) ด้านจัดการเรียนการสอน ควรมีทีมงานจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีการวางแผนและกำหนดขอบเขต รูปแบบการสอนที่หลากหลาย 4) ด้านนิเทศภายใน สนับสนุนให้มีทีมงานมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตาม การจัดเก็บข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
5) ด้านวัดผลและประเมินผล มีการแต่งตั้งทีมงานติดตามและตรวจสอบการวัดผลและประเมินผลตามแผนที่กำหนด 6) ด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา มีทีมงานจัดทำปฏิทินการทำงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาให้ครอบคลุมตลอดปีการศึกษา
