งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมบนเว็บ โดยวิธีสาธิตและแบบฝึกหัดทักษะปฏิบัติ เรื่อง การสร้างงานนำเสนอด้วยกูเกิ้ลพรีเซ็นเทชั่น (Google Presentation) 2) หาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมบนเว็บที่พัฒนาขี้น 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนการฝึกอบรมและหลังการฝึกอบรมด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ที่พัฒนาขี้น 4) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้านทักษะปฏิบัติที่ฝึกอบรม และ 5) ศึกษาความ พึงพอใจของผู้ฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมบนเว็บ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ภาควิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี พระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมบนเว็บ แบบทดสอบ ใบสั่งงาน และแบบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ หลังจากนั้นเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมบนเว็บด้วยสูตรเมกุยแกนส์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมบนเว็บ โดยวิธีสาธิตและแบบฝึกหัดทักษะปฏิบัติมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของเมกุยแกนส์มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.09 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้ฝึกอบรมหลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้านทักษะปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับดีมากและความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
