I love to cook at home but I do not

I love to cook at home but I do not like kitchen at hotel haha..I think my coworker very lazy..even I see lots of trash and dirt in lobby..I clean up...but not really my job...I wonder what they do all night long
if I tell my boss...they act like I complain.....say you must be team player....

i do more than I am paid for not really fair to me hahaha but that is work life
