ประวัติ
น้ำตกแม่สวรรค์น้อย อยู่ในท้องที่หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลแม่เหาะ อำเภอแม่สะเรียง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน
อยู่ในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติป่าแม่ยวมฝั่งซ้ายตอนล่าง มีเนื้อที่ประมาณ 2,812 ไร่
กรมป่าไม้ได้ประกาศจัดตั้งเป็นวนอุทยานเมื่อวันที่ 23 มีนาคม 2540
บริเวณน้ำตกแม่สวรรค์น้อยมีธารน้ำตกไหลไปรวมกับลำห้วยแม่สวรรค์หลวง
และไหลลงสู่แม่น้ำสะเรียง น้ำในลำห้วยทุกสายในบริเวณนี้จะเป็นน้ำใสไหลอยู่ตลอดทั้งปี
น้ำตกแม่สวรรค์น้อย น้ำตกแม่สวรรค์น้อยแห่งนี้เป็นน้ำตกที่ต้องชมจากชั้นบนสุดลงสู่ชั้นล่าง
เพราะเส้นทางเข้าสู่น้ำตกมีเส้นทางเข้าถึงชั้นบนของน้ำตก บริเวณบ่อน้ำซับ
อยู่ห่างจากยอดน้ำตกประมาณ 500 เมตร น้ำตกจะมีน้ำไหลตลอดทั้งปีแม้ในฤดูแล้ง
น้ำตกแบ่งเป็นชั้น ๆ ตั้งแต่ขนาดเล็กถึงขนาดใหญ่ แต่ละชั้นจะมีความงดงามที่แตกต่างกันออกไป
โดยน้ำตกชั้นที่มีขนาดใหญ่และสวยงามจะมี 5 ชั้น บางชั้นยังมีธารน้ำตก
แยกออกเป็น 2 สาย มีธารน้ำไหลเป็นแนวยาวลงสู่ชั้นล่าง
