โรงแรมเวฟ เป็นสถานที่ประกอบการเชิงการบริการลูกค้าทั้งต่างประเทศและในประเทศ จากการที่ผมได้เข้าไปฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในโรงแรมเวฟ ก็ได้มอบหมายหน้าที่ให้ผมอยู่ในแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food & Beverage) ซึ่งในการปฏิบัติงานครั้งนี้ ผมได้ทำในส่วนแผนกเครื่องดื่มและการเสิร์ฟอาหาร ในส่วนของเครื่องดื่มนั้น จะประกอบไปด้วยการทำการแฟ การทำชา การทำน้ำผลไม้ การทำน้ำปั่น การทำcocktail โดยทั้งหมดนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food & Beverage) ยังมีส่วนอื่นๆภายในแผนกนี้อีก เช่น การที่เราต้องไปยกน้ำแข็งหลอดและการทำน้ำแข็งบด การรับรายการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของลูกค้า การจัดโต๊ะอาหาร การพับกระดาษทิชชูให้เป็นรูปร่างต่างๆ การกวาดห้องอาหาร การเช็คกระจกห้องอาหาร เป็นต้น
