โครงการออกแบบและพัฒนาเครื่องสำรองพลังงานแบบพกพาพลังงานจากเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเรื่องพลังงานเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์เพื่อนำมาออกแบบและพัฒนาเครื่องสำรองพลังงานแบบพกพาพลังงานจากเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ ในด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอย ความสวยงาม และความปลอดภัย ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประชากรที่ใช้ในโครงการนี้คือ บุคคลในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 100 คน นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม โดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ และนำเสนอในรูปแบบของตารางประกอบความเรียง
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์เดิมมีปัญหาเรื่องรูปแบบไม่สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน ร้อยละ 68 สายเชื่อมต่อในการชาร์ท ระหว่างผลิตภัณฑ์กับอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องการพลังงาน เป็นปัญหาทำให้ใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่สะดวก ร้อยละ 70 และต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สามารถใช้งานกับอุปกรณ์อื่นๆได้อย่างไม่มีข้อจำกัดเรื่องของสายชาร์ทพลังงานร้อยละ 81 จากผลสำรวจทำให้ได้เครื่องสำรองพลังงานแบบพกพาพลังงานจากเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ ที่มีรูปแบบสวยงาม สะดวกต่อการใช้งานและมีความปลอดภัย
