เกณฑ์ในการคัดเข้าศึกษา (Inclusion Criteria)
1. เป็นผู้ที่ได้รับการประเมินพฤติกรรมการดื่มตามแบบประเมินปัญหาการดื่มสุรา
เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ตามแนวปฏิบัติสำหรับสถานพยาบาลปฐมภูมิ (Audit) มีระดับคะแนนตั้งแต่
8-19 คะแนน
2. มีอายุระหว่าง 25-45 ปีเป็นผู้ที่มีรายชื่ออยู่ในข้อมูลทะเบียนราษฏร์และอาศัยอยู่จริง
ในพื้นที่ตำบลบ้านบัว อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
3. สามารถเข้าใจ สนทนาโต้ตอบรู้เรื่อง สามารถอ่าน เขียนภาษาไทยได้
4. ยินดีเข้าร่วมและให้ความร่วมมือในการศึกษา
เกณฑ์ในการคัดออกจากการศึกษา (Exclusion Criteria)
1. ไม่อยู่ในภาวะมึนเมาหรือกำลังอยู่ในภาวะที่ต้องการการรักษาแบบฉุกเฉินในขณะ
ทำการศึกษา
2. ไม่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมรวมทั้งไม่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม 1 ครั้งขึ้นไป
3. เคยเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมลดพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ภายใน 3 เดือนที่
ผ่านมา
เมื่อได้กลุ่มทดลองตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า ผู้วิจัยแจ้งวัตถุประสงค์ของการเข้าร่วมวิจัย วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการวิจัย และประโยชน์ที่ได้รับให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทราบ รวมทั้งสอบถามความสมัครใจ และยินดีให้ความร่วมมือในการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอีกครั้ง
5. วิธีการเก็บข้อมูล
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย เครื่องมือ
2 ส่วน ได้แก่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วัดผลการทดลอง และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง

ส่วนที่ 2 แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ด้านผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพ
ส่วนที่ 3 แบบวัดแรงจูงใจในการหลีกเลี่ยงการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์
ส่วนที่ 4 แบบวัดทักษะในการปฏิเสธการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์
ส่วนที่ 5 แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ผู้วิจัยดัดแปลงมาจากแบบประเมินปัญหาการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์/แนวปฏิบัติสำหรับสถานพยาบาลปฐมภูมิ (Audit) ฉบับปรับปรุงครั้งที่สองขององค์การอนามัยโลก
