หนังสือสัญญาจ้างรถโดยสารปรับอากาศ รับ-ส่ง พนักงาน

หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง บริษัท ไทยซูซูกิมอเตอร์ จำกัด ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 31/1 หมู่ที่ 2 ถนนรังสิต-องครักษ์ ตำบลบึงยี่โถ อำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง กับ ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ทักษพร การท่องเที่ยว ทะเบียนนิติบุคคลเลขที่ 0123534000977 ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 85 หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลบางศรีเมือง อำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้รับจ้าง” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญากันมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1. “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ตกลงว่าจ้างและ “ผู้รับจ้าง” ตกลงรับจ้าง รับ-ส่ง ลูกจ้างของ “ผู้ว่าจ้าง”
