ข้อ 11. หากผู้ให้บริการเห็นสมควรที่

ข้อ 11. หากผู้ให้บริการเห็นสมควรที่จะจัดให้มีการบริการสาธารณูปโภคอื่น ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิที่จะเรียกร้องให้ผู้รับบริการชำระเงินค่าบริการเพิ่มขึ้นได้ โดยผู้ให้บริการจะแจ้งให้ผู้รับบริการทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งเดือน
ข้อ12. หากผู้รับบริการไม่ปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดข้อหนึ่งข้อใดในสัญญานี้ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ทันที และหากมีความเสียหายเกิดขึ้นแก่ผู้ให้บริการ เนื่องจากผู้รับบริการไม่ปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดข้อใดในสัญญานี้ ผู้รับบริการยินยอมรับผิดชอบชดใช้ค่าเสียหายตามที่เกิดขึ้นจริงให้แก่ผู้ให้บริการทั้งสิ้น โดยจะไม่โต้แย้งแต่อย่างใด
ข้อ 13. สัญญานี้มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2556 สิ้นสุดวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2557
หากผู้รับบริการมีความประสงค์ที่จะใช้บริการสาธารณูปโภคต่างๆมสัญญานี้ต่อไป ผู้รับบริการจะต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ดังกล่าวให้ผู้ให้บริการทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้าก่อนครบกำหนดระยะเวลาให้บริการไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน(สามสิบวัน) ในกรณีที่ผู้รับบริการปฏิบัติถูกต้อง ผู้ให้บริการตกลงจะแจ้งผลการพิจารณาให้ผู้รับบริการทราบภายใน 15 วัน (สิบห้าวัน) นับจากวันที่ผู้ให้บริการได้รับแจ้งจากผู้รับบริการ
ข้อ 14. การที่ผู้ให้บริการเพิกเฉยไม่กระทำการ และ/หรือ ไม่ใช้สิทธิของผู้ให้บริการเมื่อผู้รับบริการไม่ปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดข้อหนึ่งข้อใดในสัญญานี้ ไม่ถือว่า ผู้ให้บริการผ่อนเวลาให้แก่ผู้รับบริการ และ/หรือสละสิทธิของผู้ให้บริการแต่อย่างใดทั้งสิ้น
