ห้ามมิให้ “ผู้รับอนุญาต” โอนสิทธิและหรือหน้าที่ตามสัญญานี้ไม่ว่าทั้งหมด หรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดให้แก่ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจาก “ผู้อนุญาต”
