หากผลข้างเคียงนั้นก่อให้เกิดการตายหรือบาดเจ็บสาหัส จะต้องรายงานภายหลังการทราบครั้งแรกภายใน 7วันปฏิทิน
หากผลข้างเคียงนั้นก่อให้เกิดอันตรายร้ายแรงแต่ไม่ถึงแก่ชีวิต จะต้องรายงานภายหลังการทราบครั้งแรกภายใน15วันปฏิทิน
ในกรณีที่เกิดผลข้างเคียงที่ไม่ร้ายแรง จะต้องรายงานภายหลังการทราบครั้งแรกภายใน15วันปฏิทิน สำหรับยาที่ขึ้นทะเบียนแบบมีเงื่อนไขหรือ วัคซีน
