วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ๑)

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ๒) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล จำแนกตามระยะเวลาการจัดตั้งองค์กร ๓) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประชากร คือ เทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ .๙๐ และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างตามระยะเวลาการจัดตั้งองค์กรด้วยสถิติ t-test ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์เลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ หลักความเสมอภาค ด้านที่ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ หลักประสิทธิภาพ ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามระยะเวลาการจัดตั้งองค์กร โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ ๐.๐๕ คือ ด้านที่ ๑ หลักประสิทธิภาพ และด้านที่ ๙ หลักการกระจายอำนาจ แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่เหมาะสมของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา คือ การปฏิบัติงานตามระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ รวมทั้งการปลูกจิตสำนึกการมีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม
